Every periodical across the globe has invested ink praising the life and works Nelson Mandela. Borrowing a page from Joe Weisenthal, I delved into the Instagrams to see who was using their iPhones to celebrate Madiba.
Mandela's rhetoric was ready-made for Instagram captions. Like this lady's "Un coeur bon et un bon esprit, forment toujours une formidable combinaison."

His musings on love speak especially to the ladies of the world.
"I am the captain of my soul"

Google Translate worked overtime translating his quotes into exotic tongues.
Like this quote from a young Mandela fan:
"Devemos promover a coragem onde há medo, promover o acordo onde existe conflito, e inspirar esperança onde há desespero."
Translated, it says, "We promote courage where there is fear, foster agreement where there is conflict, and inspire hope where there is despair."

"The Sun doesn't shine when a great man dies" got an extra workout in light of the crummy weather.

Taking a moment to reflect on Mandela's life to snap yourself during your day is perfectly acceptable.
