There are barriers even this intrepid blogger cannot overcome. Despite being an expert in the fields of bros, football, and ladies, I was unable to attend Rob Gronkowski’s Football 101 camp. That is because the camp was exclusively for women.

I know why: Gronk doesn't want bros to rip off his dance moves.

Thankfully, intrepid sports personality Lana Berry made the trek to Cambridge and documented the proceedings.

Gronk's entrance was not so different from a professional wrestler's. Notice how all the campers wear number 87, Gronk's jersey number. They also appear to have had many Gronktinis.

Berry also had a Gronktini. For the sake of journalism. We don't know what's exactly in a Gronktini, except it's garnished with lime and on the rocks. I venture it is rum-based. That's how Gronk gets down.

Gronk also gets down in Zubaz pants. Sources say he is sponsored by Zubaz, meaning 100 percent of Zubaz's budget goes directly to Gronk.

After the meet and greet, Gronk took campers on the field to run through plays. Keep a look out this weekend for when the Pats run "Hooker" against Carolina and the Panthers' dirty D stymies the play because it saw this YouTube.

Of course the play Gronk teaches is called "Hooker."

Football 101 ends like all football camps: with a dance contest. When I attended Boston College's football camp in 2005, I break danced.

Berry was issued an award for traveling the longest distance to the camp. Berry won a bottle opener, because with Gronk the bottles keep popping post-game.

Since Gronk hosted his own camp, look out when I host the "Robert Charette’s Kate Upton Blogging 101 Camp"
