Former Fox News host Bill O'Reilly said on his podcast Monday that "the truth will come out" regarding his expulsion from the network amid sexual harassment allegations.
O'Reilly plans on hosting his podcast "No Spin News" during the week through his website, the Washington Times reports. O'Reilly began the Monday podcast by addressing his removal from Fox News and said that he was sad to no longer be on television.
"But I can tell you that I'm very confident the truth will come out, and when it does, I don't know if you're going to be surprised–but I think you're going to be shaken, as I am," O'Reilly said.
"Now, I can't say anymore because I just don't want to influence the flow of the information," O'Reilly continued. "I don't want the media to take what I say and misconstrue it."
"However you, as a loyal O'Reilly listener, have a right to know, I think, down the lane what exactly happened," O'Reilly said. "And we are working in that direction, OK?"
O'Reilly did not elaborate any further on Monday on the controversy surrounding him, but will continue covering headline stories through his podcast.
