Former Vice President Joe Biden joined Democratic leaders from the House and Senate on the steps of the Capitol Wednesday to protest the passage of the Republican health care plan.
During his speech, Biden took an opportunity to criticize the Republican party and President Donald Trump.
"Let me cut to the chase, you know this is–there's nothing fundamentally changed in the Republican party in the last 12 to 15 years, except they got a president now who's a little more colorful. That is polite, but it's about time we're polite," Biden said to the crowd.

After Biden finished his remarks, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D., Calif.) thanked Biden for coming to the event to which he responded, "I ain't going anywhere. This is not gonna pass."
