Three in four Israelis say that they do not trust President Barack Obama to stop Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons, according to a recent poll conducted by the Times of Israel.

Around 72 percent of those surveyed in Israel said Obama cannot be trusted to prevent Tehran from building a nuclear weapon, which could be used to eradicate the Jewish state.

Israelis also gave Obama an unfavorable rating.

"Israeli voters give Obama a 33 percent favorable and 59 percent unfavorable rating," according to the poll.
