At the House Democratic Caucus Retreat in Philadelphia, Pa., Vice President Joe Biden stated the obvious.
"The past six years have been really, really hard for this country," said Biden. "And they have been really tough for our party."
Biden said that together, the caucus has made decisions that were not at all popular and hard to explain. Thanks for stating the obvious, Joe.
