The State Department has developed quite the reputation for its Twitter account after several controversial tweets, including one endorsing a handbook that calls Jihad 'noble.'
Tuesday's tweet from the State Department-run account, called Think Again Turn Away, is an unconventional attempt to tell "some truths about terrorism," as their Twitter bio states.
It started when an account that goes by State of Islam tweeted this image out, calling the Islamic State the "sole savior of millions of Sunni Muslims against Iraqi-Syria Army butchers."

The State Department evidently recognized one of the images used.
.@Dawla__accountt The middle photo is taken from Hungarian porn. Stop using fake photos to "trick" people into supporting your lost cause.
