Christopher Schiff the Marine, whose health insurance policy premiums went up because of Obamacare, appeared on the Kelly File to discuss why he wanted Americans for Prosperity to tell his story.
When Megyn Kelly asked Schiff if he thought President Obama had lied to him when he promised, "if you like your policy you can keep it". Schiff responded with "I think so."
