Ed Schultz became fed up with a caller on his radio show last Tuesday and wound up calling the man an "asshole" and telling him to "get the fuck out of here."
"I’m going to feel very, very bad if you have a stroke on this radio show. Settle down. First of all, you jump three steps ahead. Asshole, is that what you want to reduce this conversation to? Well, you’re a fricking asshole. How about that? Get the fuck out of here! How about that? I’m sure they hit the seven-second delay on that one," Schultz said.
Next, Schultz’s paranoia takes over and he repeatedly asks his staff whether they caught his f-bomb and prevented it from being broadcast.
"I just lost it on that guy. I can take the conversation; I’m not going to take the personal insults. I hope that that didn’t go out. Did we catch that one? I need some direction. Did we catch that one? Yes or no?" Schultz asked.
It turns out everything aired and we’ll be able to enjoy this rant forever.
