Late night comedian Jay Leno joked about President Barack Obama’s dismal approval rating Tuesday night.
"And a new poll shows President Obama’s approval rating is the lowest of any president at the end of their fifth year since Richard Nixon," Leno said. "Although Jimmy Carter says that's not fair. Carter said, If he had a fifth year, he's sure he would be lower. He's positive. So that is not fair."
