Secretary of State John Kerry said he has no knowledge of where money from sanctions relief will be directed in Iran Tuesday in the House Foreign Affairs Committee hearing.
Rep. Matt Salmon (R., Ariz.) asked the secretary of state if he could guarantee no money Iran derives from the Geneva deal will be used to kill an American soldier. Kerry replied he wishes he could give that assurance, but his "prayer is that no solider will be killed as a consequence of anything Iran chooses to do."
