David Axelrod, a former Senior Advisor to President Obama spoke with MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell Tuesday afternoon about the president’s difficult year.
Mitchell observed that the White House’s recent decision to bring John Podesta, a former top official from the Clinton administration, signals that the current administration is in need of a reboot. Axelrod confirmed her theory, remarking "I think it would be foolish to suggest that this hasn't been a rough year."
