During Jay Leno’s opening monologue on Tuesday night, the Tonight Show host went after his new favorite punch line the Obama administration. Leno made fun of how little has actually changed under the administration despite its promises, and how Obamacare is now so unpopular with the American people that the president is now referring to it as Bidencare.
Leno finished off the segment by poking fun at Social Security overpaying people by $1.29 billion, calling it the "federal government's most efficient program."
