TAMRON HALL: We’re just getting in a new picture of Alec Baldwin’s alleged violent altercation with a photographer in New York City. Now this happened only a few hours ago—this is the picture. Baldwin was going to pick up his marriage license. The "30 Rock" start is captured on camera—you decide for yourself what that looks like. Reportedly, he was shoving this photograph, with the New York Daily News. Afterwards, Baldwin tweeted, "A ‘photographer’ almost hit me in the face with his camera this morning." Baldwin included the hashtag, "#allpaparazzishouldbewaterboarded." And then, in an apparent reference to Trayvon Martin’s case, Baldwin tweeted, "I suppose if the offending paparazzi was wearing a hoodie and I shot him, it would all blow over…" Baldwin’s rep issued a statement that said, in part, "…There were no punches thrown, and any subsequent physical contact was simply Alec protecting himself."
