Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa appeared to make fun of Vice President Joe Biden Friday before the vice president's speech at the U.S. Conference of Mayors meeting in Orlando, Fla.
"Villaraigosa, can you pronounce it? That's what he's telling me here," Biden said when he reached the podium, pointing at the mayor.
