Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden refused to say whether he will add seats to the Supreme Court should he prevail in the November election.
"I'm not going to answer the question," Biden said when pressed by President Donald Trump.
Biden has similarly rebuffed calls to release a list of prospective Supreme Court nominees, saying only that his first appointment would be an African-American woman. The Washington Free Beacon compiled a list of possible Biden nominees in May.
