Sen. Bernie Sanders (I., Vt.) had a really difficult time with CNN host Wolf Blitzer's name on Wednesday. No less than five times did he refer to Blitzer as "Jake," presumably confusing him with fellow CNN host Jake Tapper.
Blitzer even politely corrected him at one point, saying, "Wolf, Wolf, Wolf, Wolf," when Sanders called him "Jake" for the third time.
"Wolf! I am sorry, Wolf," Sanders said. "I'm looking at the sign over there."
Yet he called him Jake two more times in their lengthy interview.
It didn't escape the attention of The Situation Room's producer.
In live interview, Bernie Sanders called Wolf Blitzer "Jake" 3 times before Wolf corrected him. Then he called him "Jake" 2 more times. Odd!

Get it together, Senator.
