Megyn Kelly's NBC newsmagazine hit a ratings low on Sunday night, according to Nielsen overnight data.
"Sunday Night With Megyn Kelly" drew 3.1 million viewers, its worst overall viewership in the show's brief tenure, and a 0.4 rating among adults aged 18 to 49, Variety reports. She also matched a series low in the key demographic.
Kelly's debut program on June 4 when she interviewed Russian President Vladimir Putin drew 6.1 million viewers, but that was only good enough for third in her time slot. Her controversial interview with conspiracy theorist and radio host Alex Jones last month also placed behind ABC and CBS in viewers.
After a highly-rated run at Fox News Channel, Kelly was hired by NBC this year and is debuting a new morning show in September.
