DreamWorks chief executive officer Jeffrey Katzenberg has given another $1 million to the Obama-affiliated Super PAC, Priorities USA, best known for a campaign ad that suggested Republican nominee Mitt Romney was responsible for a woman’s death from cancer, according to filings. This brings the total donated by Katzenberg this year to $3.2 million.
Senior Obama adviser Robert Gibbs was paid $60,000 by the Obama campaign last month, according to the October monthly FEC report. The description for the payment is “Cons./Prof.Serv. Media.”
On Friday, the Obama campaign disclosed its most recent list of campaign bundlers. Disgraced almost-ambassador Tim Broas is still listed as a bundler committed to raising more than $500,000. Broas was also a bundler for Obama in 2008.
Obama For America took out a $15 million loan from Bank of America last month, according to the campaign’s October monthly FEC report. The loan was incurred on September 4 and is due November 14, eight days after the election.
