The Washington Free Beacon’s Elizabeth Harrington appeared on Fox News on Tuesday to discuss the 2016 presidential campaign.
Harrington said that Hillary Clinton’s tanking poll numbers explain the buzz surrounding other Democratic candidates (and near-candidates) Bernie Sanders and Joe Biden.
"There is a lack of excitement with Hillary," Harrington said. "She is getting more coverage, but there are big crowds for Sanders and you see people talking about Biden because maybe they are worried about the polls and want a fallback plan."
Harrington also discussed polling on the Republican side, saying that the frontrunner, Donald Trump, is a popular but "very divisive figure."
