Rep. Frederica Wilson (D., Fla.) arrived late then swiftly departed from the grand opening of a new Democratic Party headquarters in Little Havana she was headlining, reports the Sun Sentinel:
With organizers waiting for Wilson, the event started late. When Wilson showed, she waived [sic] to the crowd, said "buenas dias," and said she had to leave. Which she did without saying anything else.
