MSNBC host Stephanie Ruhle claimed on Tuesday that being a woman is a "pre-existing condition."
Ruhle and a panel were discussing the American Health Care Act and comedian Jimmy Kimmel's comments about his child who had a pre-existing condition.
"I too have a pre-existing condition. I'm a woman," Ruhle said.
