Fifty-six percent of likely voters in competitive U.S. House districts disapprove of President Barack Obama’s job performance, according to a new poll released by YG Network.
The poll found that 59 percent of independents and 55 percent of undecideds in the battleground districts disapprove of the president’s performance. Additionally, just 45 percent of those aged 18-44 and 46 percent of Hispanics in battlegrounds approve of Obama’s performance.
While the president and his administration have been touting the latest Obamacare enrollment numbers as a success, the numbers have not shifted the law’s approval ratings in battleground districts. Only 39 percent approve of the law, while 56 percent disapprove of it. More than 1/3 of those polled are worried they will lose or see changes in their health insurance due to Obamacare.
