Democratic Strategist: Clinton Will Reveal More Secrets Than Victoria's Secret

Warning: Disturbing mental image

August 19, 2015

Democratic strategist Donna Brazile sprung a disturbing mental image on an unsuspecting public Wednesday by saying that Hillary Clinton would reveal more secrets to them than a popular lingerie designer.

"She is going to release more quote-unquote secrets than Victoria's Secret and she's not even at the mall yet," Brazile said in an interview with CNN. "So let's calm down. It's going to be over soon."

Victoria’s Secret is one of the world’s largest designers of lingerie. Brazile did not specify which secrets Hillary Clinton would reveal to the public when she made the comparison.

More broadly, Brazile was referring to controversy over Clinton’s use of an unsecured email server for highly classified information while working as secretary of state.

"In October, Secretary Clinton will go back before the [House Select Committee on Benghazi], she will answer any other pertinent questions. We will find out more information and of course we will see more of her emails," Brazile said on CNN.

Before she introduced a new nightmare into the sleeping hours of CNN viewers, Brazile admitted that the email controversy bored her. It might get more interesting soon, CBS reports:

Now that federal investigators have Hillary Rodham Clinton's homebrew email server, they could examine files on her machine that would be more revelatory than the emails themselves.

Clinton last week handed over to the FBI her private server, which she used to send, receive and store emails during her four years while secretary of state. The bureau is holding the machine in protective custody after the intelligence community's inspector general raised concerns that classified information had traversed the system.

"If you want to follow this email controversy—something that I did not want to follow; I would much rather follow college football right now—but if you want to follow it, try to get the facts," Brazile said.
