In keeping with tradition, Vice President Joe Biden swore in Senate members of the 115th Congress on Tuesday.
Biden made the moves on Sen. Chuck Grassley's (R., Iowa) wife by kissing her on the lips and posed for pictures with both new and returning senators along with their families and friends.
The vice president has a noted history of getting handsy when women are around, including with Defense Secretary Ash Carter's wife. She appeared uncomfortable during the ordeal.
For the entirety of the Obama administration, Biden's numerous odd moments have been chalked up to "Biden being Biden" by the press.
