Florida Republican Gov. Rick Scott has defeated Democratic challenger Charlie Crist, who switched parties in an attempt to regain the governorship that he once held as a Republican.
Crist will not deliver a concession speech tonight, though the Associated Press declared Scott the winner with nearly all of Florida's precincts reporting.
