During Monday’s White House Mental Health Summit, Vice President Joe Biden spent the first few minutes discussing his friendship with actor Bradley Cooper. Biden introduced himself in epic fashion stating, "My name is Joe Biden and I'm a friend of Bradley Cooper's."
Biden went on to tell the audience how he failed to introduce his 12-year-old granddaughter to Cooper during his recent trip to Brazil.
"My standing with my granddaughter has plummeted," he said. "Even though my standing with the president of Brazil has gone up. Given the choice, I’m not sure what -- you know it's kind of a tough -- kind of a tough deal."
