Sen. Bernie Sanders (I., Vt.) took a shot at CNN's political coverage during Friday night's Democratic forum in South Carolina, saying if he headed the cable network that its political coverage would "radically change."
MSNBC moderator Rachel Maddow concluded the first part of their interview segment with some light-hearted questions, beginning with what dream job he would want if he wasn't a politician.
"Um, president of CNN," Sanders said to laughter from the audience. Gesturing for emphasis, he added, "And if I was president of CNN, the way media deals with politics would radically change."
"Look out, Mr. Zucker," Maddow said, in reference to current CNN president Jeff Zucker.
"Maybe NBC, that's ok, too," Sanders said.
