Democrats and their journalist allies can't stand Gov. Ron DeSantis (R., Fla.). Normal Americans, however, would much rather live in Florida than in Democratic-run hellholes where taxes are high and homelessness, crime, and political corruption are rampant.
The numbers don't lie. Americans are fleeing blue states such as California, Illinois, and New York at a rapid clip. Meanwhile, red states such as Florida, Arizona, and Texas have experienced an influx of domestic migration as their populations continue to boom.
DeSantis told reporters Thursday that one of the reasons for the robust demand in the Florida economy was the fact that "people are trying to get the hell out of these dumpster fire states that have just done so poorly." The governor is 100 percent correct.
