WFB's Ellison Barber Analyzes Immigration Reform on 'The Blaze'

The Washington Free Beacon's Ellison Barber discussed immigration reform's political impact on the GOP Thursday on TheBlaze TV's "Real News."

Barber said while there is tremendous political pressure for Republicans to support the senate immigration bill, other minorities stand to be negatively impacted by the legislation through increased competition for low skill work.

This raises the possibility that by opposing the senate bill the GOP could pick up support from other domestic minorities disparately impacted by immigration reform, Barber said.
