New video has emerged of U.S. Marines smashing Islamic State targets with artillery in Syria back in May.
The U.S.-led international coalition for Operation Inherent Resolve, the team of nations fighting ISIS, released the video in a tweet on Friday of combat operations from May 14.
The video first shows a building and a field. Then a few seconds in, a large explosion occurs on the field as the artillery strike hits.
The U.S. is supporting the Syrian Democratic Forces, or SDF, an alliance of several groups fighting ISIS, with airstrikes and advisers on the ground.
