Giuliani: If Asylum Is Made Easier, the Immigration Bill Should Be Delayed

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani suggested that if the immigration bill currently proposed by the "Gang of Eight" makes asylum easier, the bill should be delayed or that part of the bill should be taken out.

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano claimed yesterday that the bill would have actually helped in preventing the Boston Marathon bombings.

The suspected Boston Marathon bombers, the Tsarvaev brothers' parents received  political asylum in the U.S. and then filed for their children to receive asylum as well.
