CNN's Wolf Blitzer previewed a followup report on the video purportedly showing over 100 Al Qaeda militants in Yemen Wednesday on The Lead.
Barbara Starr broke the story yesterday on The Situation Room. The large and brazen gathering was either undetected by U.S. intelligence services or they were unable to get a drone in place to strike.
Blitzer characterized the video as "dramatic."
"It's certainly not Al Qaeda on the run," Tapper said.
