In the wake of news that South Korean officials believe North Koreans could fire a test missile at any time, former U.N. ambassador John Bolton came on Fox News Wednesday night to discuss the situation.
The upcoming 101st birthday on April 15 of Kim Il-sung, Kim Jong-un's grandfather and a legendary figure in North Korea, could be a sign of performing the missile test as "North Koreans love to do things on anniversaries," Bolton said.
Last year, they honored what would have been Il-sung's 100th birthday with a rocket test that failed.
