ABC's John Karl: IRS 'Targeting Done Right Out of Washington D.C.'

Targeting of conservative political groups by the IRS came directly out Washington D.C. ABC's John Karl said Tuesday.

Appearing on Good Morning America Karl revealed two legal forms that confirm that the targeting was not confined to the IRS's Cincinnati office.

The White House press secretary Jay Carney told reporters Monday that the White House learned of the IRS targeting in the Cincinnati office on April 22.
