WFB’s McMorris and Markay Featured in New Documentary ‘Bankrupt’

A new documentary featuring a pair of Washington Free Beacon reporters examines the bailout of General Motors and the decline of the once great American city of Detroit.

Bankrupt, a film produced by Mister Smith Media, explores the roots of Detroit’s and GM’s economic woes, and the political and legal battles over their respective bankruptcy proceedings.

Free Beacon reporters Bill McMorris and Lachlan Markay make appearances in the film, discussing the intricacies of federal policy towards GM and the city, and the culture of cronyism that it represents.
