Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D., Calif.) was asked about the newly instituted MLB Buster Posey Rule, which prevents home plate collisions in baseball.
Rep. Pelosi seemed confused by the question, which is strange seeing as Posey is the catcher for the San Francisco Giants located in Rep. Pelosi district.
