CBS This Morning reported Monday that the Obama administration was warned that healthcare.gov wouldn’t be ready three years ago.
David Cutler, a trusted health care adviser, wrote a memo to Larry Summers in May 2010 stating, "I do not believe the relevant members of the administration understand the president's vision or have the capability to carry it out."
The White House dismissed Cutler's warnings, and became secretive about the law's complexity and regulatory reach to avoid Republican criticism.
