One North Carolina family is angry about President Obama’s dishonesty over Obamacare. President Obama famously declared (36 times) that Americans would be able to keep their healthcare plans if they liked them.
The promise proved to be a lie, as stringent regulations imposed by Obamacare have cancelled millions of Americans’ health insurance plans, forcing them to purchase new, more expensive plans through the government established healthcare exchange.
Tiffany Spladin, mother of the North Carolina family, expressed her ire, saying "I would like my plan back. Certainly his words and apology are not enough for me. I think he marginalized the situation for many of us. My plan was not subpar, it was adequate. If I can’t get my old plan, then I would like to see some legislation that modifies the Affordable Care Act."
