McConnell: Obama’s ‘Keep Your Plan’ Promise Now a ‘National Punchline’

Sen. Mitch McConnell (R., Ky) took to the Senate floor Wednesday morning to express his outrage over Obamacare. He said that some of the best fact checkers in the country have dubbed Obama’s famous promise "pants on fire," "false," and "four pinocchios," further proof that the healthcare exchange is a complete failure. McConnell furiously declared "It’s [Obamacare] has gone from being one of the law’s top selling points to a national punchline."

While only 50,000 Americans have enrolled in Obamacare, a whopping 3.5 million Americans have lost their health insurance due to the stringent regulations imposed by Obamacare. McConnell told the Senate that the Obamacare law was purposefully designed to make Americans to lose their health insurance, thus forcing them to enroll in the Obamacare exchange. He fumed that the Obama administration knew all along that millions of Americans would lose their coverage.
