Harold Ford Jr.: They Have to Shut the Whole Website Down

MSNBC Contributor Harold Ford Jr. joined a growing number of Republicans and Democrats who have called for the oft-troubled Obamacare website to be taken down so that the many remaining problems can be fixed.

Saying that any long-term benefits of the health care law are not fast enough for House and Senate Democrats up for re-election in 2014, Ford noted that the problems with the website have become "more systemic" than many originally thought, and that the White House needs a "greater acceptance" to "shut the whole thing down."

FORD: The website problems i thought a week or two ago were more isolated. It could be a more systemic challenge and there may need to be a greater honesty, not honesty, a greater acceptance that they have got to step back and maybe shut the whole thing down which many have suggested.
