Speaking with MSNBC’s Chris Jansing Thursday morning, Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D., Conn.) backed other Democrats and expressed support to delay the penalty for the individual mandate due to website glitches preventing Americans from enrolling in the healthcare exchange.
Blumenthal said if such a delay is implemented, it will largely be contingent on how soon the website defects will be fixed.
