Bernie Sanders: I Did Not Do Well In Biology Or Physics

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I., Vt.) admitted his lack of knowledge in the sciences on the Senate floor today.

While arguing against the Keystone XL pipeline because of its environmental impact, Sanders revealed his own expertise--or lack thereof--on the matter.

"Let me be very, very frank," Sanders said. "I am not a scientist, and I did not do terribly well in biology or physics in college."

Sanders started as a psychology major at Brooklyn College before transferring and changing his major to political science at the University of Chicago. The environmentalist has had no experience working in any field associated with science either.
