MSNBC "Morning Joe" host Joe Scarborough snapped at co-host Mika Brzezinski on Wednesday after she took what he called a "cheap shot" at Ivanka Trump.
Discussing the woman who is a top adviser to President Trump as well as his daughter, panelist Eddie Glaude, Jr., said there is the potential for a benefit to exist in certain cases of nepotism. Scarborough then made a comparison of Bobby Kennedy serving as attorney general to John F. Kennedy as the panel was talking about the role Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner serve in the Trump administration.
"So you're comparing Ivanka Trump to Bobby Kennedy?" Brzezinski said.
"You don't have to be so snotty," Scarborough said shortly. "I was about to say—you didn't let me get it out. You don't have to be so rude."
"The fact of the matter is that they are not Bobby Kennedy as I was about to say, but you wanted to get your cheap shot in so you got your cheap shot in," Scarborough continued.
Brzezinski shook her head as Scarborough hit her comments.
