During Rep. Adam Kinzinger's (R., Ill.) opening statement at Wednesday's House Foreign Affairs Committee meeting, he responded to Ambassador Patrick Kennedy's remarks that it doesn’t really matter who perpetrated the attacks on the Benghazi consulate.
Rep. Kinzinger disagreed with this assertion, stating "we need answers on that because ultimately it gives us a blueprint on who we need to kill or capture."
