Supermodel Kate Upton came out swinging against New York City mayor Bill de Blasio on Wednesday, criticizing the Sandinista sympathizer for cracking down on popular ridesharing service Uber in the city.
"Why do you want to return to days when only those in Midtown & Lower Manhattan could get a ride?" Upton asked on Twitter.

Upton’s endorsement of Uber’s market-driven success, and her opposition to punitive regulations pushed by New York’s taxi cab cartel, is likely to further cement her status as a symbol of freedom and American exceptionalism.
