CBS: Drumbeat of Criticism Calling on Holder to Leave Office

A CBS news report Wednesday morning examined the latest controversy over embattled Attorney General Eric Holder, who is being investigated for lying under oath to Congress May 15 when he claimed he had never prosecuted members of the press to disclose information they had learned from government officials.

However, a Justice Department statement released last week revealed Holder approved a search warrant for Fox News reporter James Rosen's email and phone records, in order to find out who leaked Rosen confidential information on North Korea.

Both Republicans and Democrats are angry with Holder's behavior, including Sen. Chuck Schumer (D., N.Y.) on "Face the Nation" Sunday.

"Which is more important?" Schumer asked. "The government's desire to find out who leaked the information, or the robust freedom of the press?"
