One of the top reasons Israel is America's closest ally in the Middle East is the fact of our shared values on the issue of ladies wear. And yet every government has its limits. The Israelis now say a new ad featuring Bar Refaeli is "too hot for TV."
According to THR:
A local TV commercial for fashion brand Hoodies, which debuted Sunday in the holy land, has been limited to air only past primetime, Walla! Israel news website reported Sunday. Governmental council The Second Authority for Television and Radio reviewed the 54-second spot and concluded it has "too many sexual insinuations," banning it from airing before 10 p.m.
The Jewish State is cool with twins, but triplets cross the line?
Perhaps this is just a public relations play.
I mean, are the Israelis saying you shouldn't bathe after washing your car?
Or maybe the issue is the gambling.
No one seemed to have a problem when Bar starred in a similarly suggestive ad for the Israeli "X Factor" with perpetual player Simon Cowell.
I don't blame Bar, I blame the puppet.
