At Selena Gomez's 21st birthday party this weekend Julianne Hough and friends mobbed so deep for "gypsy night" that their mere presence reportedly made the ex-Miss-Bieber’s music actually worth listening to. This is probably the most-drawn-out birthday week in history, valuable only because it provided opportunities for Hough to wear a flapper dress and gypsy shawl.
A themed girls' night out has two rules: We all leave the bar together (sorry aspiring gypsy hunters!), and the volume of selfies must be in direct proportion to the trashiness of the costume.
