Bass Argues against 'Piecemeal' Approach to Sequester, But Voted For FAA Bill

Rep. Karen Bass (D., Calif.) argued against dealing with issues in the sequestration bill piece-by-piece, yet voted for the FAA bill to end furloughs for air traffic controllers which rolls back a "piece" of the sequestration bill.

In an interview on MSNBC Monday evening, Rep. Bass said this:

REP. KAREN BASS: "We can't take the piecemeal approach."

Later in the interview:

CHRIS HAYES:  "here's my question. You voted -- you voted aye, I believe on the FAA bill?"

 BASS: "I did."
